Youth Activities

NAYC

Youth Activities

We believe every young person deserves the chance to build friendships, grow in confidence, and enjoy fun, meaningful experiences that help them thrive.

We provide a large selection of games equipment for affiliated groups to hire out, or for our team to deliver at the groups venue. We organise an annual programme of youth events that reach different interests and are popular with young people, in previous years this has included Who Wants to be a Millionaire Quiz Night, Night Walk, 5-a-side Football Tournament and Community Fun Days.  Another area of our work is providing opportunities for young people from our affiliated groups to engage in Youth Projects that support and develop life skills, confidence and resilience.

ACTIVITY SESSIONS

NAYC provide all the equipment to run Activity Sessions.

Our Games Pack Catalogue includes a large collection of equipment providing over 150 different activities for young people to enjoy. We have indoor and outdoor Games, Sports, Arts & Crafts equipment along with Educational, Health and Wellbeing materials available with instructions for use and relevant risk assessments.

  • Looked After Children (LAC)
  • Young carers
  • Asylum seekers and refugees
  • Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET)

CHURCH GROUPS

Supporting existing church groups and helping churches establish new youth work for spiritual development and outreach work for the wider community.

We offer church-based youth groups the same inclusive support as all our affiliated groups. This includes activity sessions, training for group leaders and volunteers, advice and guidance, access to our New Group Toolkit, and an online DBS service.

In addition to this we provide activities specifically for churches, including our UNITE event for church youth groups, and the YL annual conference for those involved in church based youth work & ministry. We can also help with any discipleship course material such as Youth Alpha, and support at summer holiday clubs.
